The Full Design Consultation ($3500):

Interested a full Happy to be Home design transformation? With our premier package, we will help you virtually with the full design of a room of your choosing, delivering everything from design schemes to specific product selections.

What’s Included:

• Full design package for 1 room of your choosing, such as Master Suite, Kitchen or Living Room
• 1 hour design consult with Gray and Chelcie
• Delivery of full room design package, including:
• Design Concept Overview – A visual summary of the proposed design direction, including mood boards and inspiration images
• Personalized Color Palette – A curated selection of paint colors and finishes tailored to your space
• Furniture Layout – A custom room layout or floor plan showing the optimal furniture placement. This is roughly hand drawn for concept only.
• Shopping List – A list of recommended furniture, décor and accessories, complete with links to retailers for easy purchasing
• Material and Finish Suggestions – Recommendations for materials, fabrics, flooring and finishes to align with the design concept
• Wall Treatments & Art Placement – Suggestions for wall treatments (e.g. wallpaper, accent walls) and art placement to complete the aesthetic
• Styling Tips – Ideas on how to arrange décor items, such as books, plants or personal items to give the room a finished look
• Follow up support – Up to 2 30-minute follow up consults to review design schemes, final selection tweaks and answer any remaining questions
• Sources and links to purchase all design selections

How our consult will look:

After you purchase your consult, we will send you an email where you will schedule your consult day and time.  We will then send a design intake form where you will share some information on your style, budget, space and inspiration for the room in question. We will review your intake form and come to our consult ready with some ideas to get the discussion started. During the call you will be able to show us your space and we will dive deeper on design schemes and preferences.

Following our call, we will start sourcing the products needed for your space, including items such as paint colors, tile, wallpaper, fabric, fixtures, furniture, lighting, rugs and accessories. We will communicate with you via text and email along the way to share progress and ensure alignment. In our follow up consult, we will sit down to review the final design concept and selections for your space. If additional tweaks are needed, we can make additional adjustments and schedule a second follow up consult as needed. At the end, we will provide you with a full design package, including your selections, specifications and direct links to purchase all items selected.
