Returns & Exchanges

All items are custom made to the specifications provided in the order. Therefore, all
sales are final. If you need to change your order, please reach out within 24 hours so
that we can make adjustments before it’s too late.

We have a two-stop quality control process in place, but accidents happen. We do ask
that you open your package immediately upon receipt, as any discrepancies must be
reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please note that since we provide the opportunity
to purchase a swatch of fabric prior to ordering, we cannot accept returns based on
color, texture, print size, etc.

Ultimately, your satisfaction is our main goal. Please reach out with any issues you might
have and we will do our very best to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Orders ship UPS Ground* from Los Angeles, CA.

All pieces in the Buru x Gray Benko collection are cut to order. Please allow a 3 week lead time. Shipping details will be sent to the email address on file so you can track your order during transit.

Transit times vary based on UPS routing, but typically deliver between 2-7 business days (UPS only moves Next Day Air packages over the weekend).

Domestic orders less than $300 will be charged a $12 fee for UPS Ground shipping.

Domestic orders over $300 ship UPS Ground at no charge.

UPS Next Day Air can be added for $50-$75, depending on the size of the shipment.

UPS 2-Day Air is $15 for all orders over $300.

For orders under $300, the cost is $25.UPS 3-Day Select can be added for $20.
