We get this question all the time:  Where do I stop wallpaper when I have a long staircase or weird transition in my walls?  We work with a lot of old and historical homes that have funky nooks and crannies and often create head scratching situations with wallpaper installation.

Taking wallpaper all the way up a staircase or very high wall can get pricey and complicated for installers.  So what is the solution?

You want to create a visual effect that looks like it was intentional and not sloppy.  Using tools like paneling that create a stop at the top of a staircase is the perfect way to create a natural stopping point for your wallpaper.
